Why work with MountainBased?

line

We take pride in running exceptional adventures and are always looking for talent who are passionate about sharing the outdoors with others. As a guide with us, you’ll meet people from around the world and have the chance to build personal connections with your teammates.

Awesome Groups

Connect People to the Outdoors

When you join our team you’ll get to explore breathtaking landscapes as part of your daily routine. But even better, you get to be the one responsible for bringing others there too, becoming a catalyst for positive change in people’s lives. Our guides play a pivotal role in connecting individuals to the outdoors. Imagine being the facilitator of a trip that participants later describe as “life-changing”, which is regular feedback that we receive from our guests. To us this endeavor is incredibly fulfilling. You aren’t just just leading hikes; you’re empowering people to discover the profound benefits of the outdoors and create memories that last a lifetime.

Attractive Compensation

Our tour company maintains a competitive edge in the guiding industry by offering attractive compensation to our team. We ensure our guides receive a base rate that exceeds industry standards. Additionally, we provide opportunities for compensation growth if you stay with us season after season. As a relatively young company compared to our competitors, we may also offer diverse career opportunities as we expand our trip menu across the United States and abroad.
